The loan was extended to a Czech company engaged in international and domestic transport operations for the acquisition of an operational facility in Nehvizdy, where the client conducts truck servicing. The loan is secured by the purchased property, two residential houses in Nehvizdy owned by the client, and a second mortgage on a multifunctional property in Velke Popovice. The client has been repaying loans provided by RONDA INVEST a.s. for an extended period. This loan is granted to the client for another shorter loan term, after which the client intends to refinance with a banking institution.

How and when are the returns and original invested funds paid out?

The returns are stated in percentage p.a., i.e. in the total annual percentage amount. However, you will receive a significant portion of the income from RONDA IVNEST into your account every month.
