Yield represents the monetary amount you gain from invested capital. It indicates the difference between the final value of the investment and the capital used.
p.a. stands for per annum, meaning the yield calculated on an annual basis.
Example:
You invest 10,000 CZK with a yield of 10% p.a. The yields will be paid to you proportionally every month, and in one year, you will receive a total of 1,000 CZK in yields.
Maturity indicates the binding date by which the loan will be repaid and your investment comes to an end.
After this date, we will transfer to your account, along with the final yield, the original invested amount as well.
This investment has a maturity 31. 1. 2026.
Minimum investment specifies the lowest possible amount that can be invested in the project.
LTV = Loan to Value
(in translation, “loan to value”)
LTV indicates the ratio of the property value to the loan value. The lower the LTV, the higher the level of security.
Calculation of LTV = loan amount / estimated market value × 100

FAQ
Verification of identity is required by law. It is necessary to prevent money laundering, similar to the process of proving one’s identity in banks. In its modern form, this verification can be done not only by presenting a physical ID document but also online using a smartphone, computer, or tablet, along with a selfie and a photo of the ID document. Both the law and we are equally mindful of ensuring the subsequent protection of your personal data.
Although these are investments in business loans, the value of the collateral always significantly exceeds the total loan amount. The Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio typically ranges from 50-70%. RONDA INVEST thoroughly evaluates the properties used as collateral for the loans.
We prefer locations near regional cities, and only a small portion of financing requests ultimately pass through the approval process.
Therefore, investments with RONDA INVEST are very conservative in terms of risk.
There are no entry or regular fees associated with investments at RONDA INVEST.
According to the law, it is necessary to declare your investment income and pay taxes on it once a year. However, we can assist you easily with the preparation of the necessary documents.
