What happens if a borrower defaults?
RONDA INVEST will exercise its contractual lien on the property.
The mortgaged property has a max LTV of 80% and we can sell it immediately at a 20% discount.
Part of the remaining money is deducted as a fee to Ronda, the rest is then paid to the investor.
Considering that the properties to be developed are situated in lucrative locations in large cities, the cashing-in is a matter of a month or two. As a general practice, it is sold at market price or at a 15% discount - the balance is immediately paid to the investors.
