We are more interested in the viability of the project rather than its specific purpose.
Our focus is on ensuring that the borrower has
adequate funds to repay the loan, not only at the
time of borrowing but also in the future.

We primarily take as collateral properties
located in attractive locations, often
in large cities. In the event that we need
to monetize a mortgage, our goal is
to ensure a quick and efficient process.

What happens if a borrower defaults?

EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT

RONDA INVEST will exercise its contractual lien on the property.

DISCOUNT SALE

The mortgaged property has a max LTV of 80% and we can sell it immediately at a 20% discount.

PAYMENT TO THE CLIENT

Part of the remaining money is deducted as a fee to Ronda, the rest is then paid to the investor.

Considering that the properties to be developed are situated in lucrative locations in large cities, the cashing-in is a matter of a month or two. As a general practice, it is sold at market price or at a 15% discount - the balance is immediately paid to the investors.
