He also cooperates with Czech companies and is involved in projects in Brno and Central Bohemia. The loan financing relates to a project in Šarišské Bohdanovce, near Košice in Slovakia, which originally comprised 41 plots designated for the construction of family houses. The plots are located north of the village centre, on the edge of the existing development, in an area adjoining woodland and open countryside. The municipality is located approximately 16 km from Košice and has good access to the D1 motorway towards both Košice and Prešov. A new Volvo Cars manufacturing plant is also being developed in the wider Košice area. The plots range in size from approximately 330 to 1,300 m² and can therefore appeal to buyers with different requirements regarding plot size. Electricity connections are currently being completed. Of the original 41 plots, 20 have already been sold. Basic civic amenities are available in the municipality.
