This is the second loan provided to this client. The client has commenced the development of a residential project in the Mlynárce area of Nitra, a regional capital in Slovakia. The project will be implemented in several phases and will include the construction of five apartment buildings, one terraced apartment building and a parking garage. The loan was provided to finance the launch of the first phase, which includes the construction of two apartment buildings financed by a bank. In the meantime, given the strong demand for housing in the area, Ronda Invest provided additional financing for the construction of a further, third apartment building. The primary source of loan repayment will be proceeds from the sale of residential units completed in the first phase, together with income from the client’s other development activities. The client is also carrying out projects in other locations in Slovakia, particularly in the Bratislava area and in Dunajská Streda.
