For example, the client has completed the construction of apartment units in Prague's Smíchov district and is currently developing a family housing project in the Central Bohemian Region. Previous projects were financed from the client's own resources. The loan provided will be used to support the development of the client's business and accelerate the completion of ongoing projects. As collateral, the client has pledged an apartment unit from a completed project in Prague's Smíchov district, within walking distance of the Vltava riverbank. The apartment is located in a residential building completed in 2014, situated on the fifth floor, and has a total floor area of 195.5 m². The layout comprises four rooms, two bathrooms, two storage rooms, a balcony, and a loggia. The apartment also includes a parking space.
