This is a repeat collaboration with a client who has successfully completed several real estate developments, primarily in Prague (including projects in the Smíchov district). The financing will support the completion of a modern residential development in the village of Mrač, near Benešov. The homes have been designed with an emphasis on timeless architecture, high-quality workmanship, and comfortable year-round living. The client has financed the project entirely from its own resources to date. The development comprises a total of six villas. The project focuses on operational efficiency, long-term sustainability, and low future operating costs. Construction is already underway, with two villas currently at the shell construction stage, while the construction of the remaining units is being launched. The loan will be drawn in instalments based on the achieved construction progress and the completion of individual construction milestones. Current tranche amount disbursed: CZK 7,150,000.
