The project in Štěnovice, on the outskirts of Plzeň, builds on the client’s previous successful developments (for example in Kolín) and represents the launch of another project by the client. The client is currently developing projects in Pardubice (preparation for the construction of an apartment building) and in Kolín (two residential locations). In general, the client selects attractive locations with strong housing demand potential. The Štěnovice project fits well within this concept. It involves the development of a new residential district comprising 92 family houses and 22 apartment buildings, complemented by park areas and a children’s playground, with an emphasis on high-quality public space and comfortable living. Under the loan facility, the first tranche in the amount of CZK 52,700,000 has already been drawn.
