This is the client’s second loan in cooperation with Ronda Invest. The client is implementing several projects – the construction of family houses in Předboj, is preparing a project in Trnová, and has recently expanded its portfolio by acquiring a large villa under construction in Pyšely. In general, the client focuses on the more luxurious segment of real estate. The main collateral is a large-scale villa in Pyšely that is currently under construction. The provided financing was used to acquire the project and to continue the already ongoing construction works. The land on which the collateral is located has an area of 1,461 m², providing sufficient space. Pyšely is located within an attractive commuting distance to Prague. The collateral also includes land plots in Trnová (Central Bohemian Region), designated for commercial and residential development, as well as land plots in Předboj intended for the next phase of the project implemented by the client’s group. The current amount drawn under the credit facility is CZK 20,500,000.
