This is a repeat collaboration with a client for whom Ronda Invest is financing a project in Velká Úpa. The client owns an architectural studio and is able to provide comprehensive services, including development, project preparation, and individual construction (project execution). The client is currently implementing several projects across the Czech Republic. These projects are at various stages of development – some are already being prepared for sale to end buyers, some are undergoing reconstruction, and others are still in the preparation phase. The client focuses on residential development, including both new-build projects and the reconstruction of existing properties. The construction of apartment units in mountain and tourist-attractive locations throughout the Czech Republic is also part of the client's business activities. This financing was used to refinance a less favorable loan while also providing funds for the further development of the property serving as collateral. The property, located in the municipality of Holovousy near Hradec Králové, comprises five residential units and an attic space, which will allow for a further expansion of the residential area. Following the reconstruction, modern and high-standard residential units suitable for families with children will be created.
