This is a repeat collaboration with a client who is an experienced developer operating primarily in Ostrava. Ronda Invest has successfully financed a residential development project for this client in Ostrava, which has already been completely sold out. The purpose of the loan is to provide working capital financing for the further development of the client’s projects. The client is currently implementing several smaller development projects, including the construction of three family houses in Ostrava, while also preparing a larger family housing development project in the same city. As collateral for the loan, the client has pledged commercial premises (office space) located in Vysoký Újezd in the Central Bohemian Region. These premises are largely leased out. Additional collateral is provided by a family house from the client’s development project in Ostrava, which is currently in the final stage of sales.
