This is a repeat collaboration with a client of Ronda Invest, where one previous loan has already been repaid early and the remaining loans are being repaid properly and on time. The client is engaged in the operation and construction of healthcare facilities, as well as other real estate development activities. Among the client’s most recent projects is the already completed construction of a retirement home in the Ostrava region. The purpose of the loan is the acquisition of building plots in the Central Bohemian Region for further development. As collateral for the loan, the client provided a premium family villa located in Prague – Nebušice with a 4-bedroom layout and kitchenette (4+kk). Prague–Nebušice is a quiet residential district situated on the northwestern outskirts of Prague, known primarily for its abundance of greenery, proximity to the Divoká Šárka nature reserve, and high standard of living. The area is particularly popular among families and the international community thanks to the presence of the International School of Prague (ISP) and its excellent accessibility to both the city center and Václav Havel Airport. The loan will be drawn in two tranches. The first tranche has already been drawn in the amount of CZK 20,000,000.
