The client has many years of experience in the banking sector and is simultaneously developing an innovative platform that connects property buyers with investors who help finance the acquisition in exchange for an attractive return. The goal is to enable efficient cooperation between investors and future property owners. The purpose of the financing is the further development of this platform. The collateral consists of a family house located in the municipality of Zdiby, situated 9 km from Prague with approximately 20 minutes’ travel time to the city center.
