Get to know the project


This is already the client’s third project financed by Ronda Invest. Within the first project, the client successfully sold all completed properties, while only the last remaining units are still available for sale in the second project. The client is an experienced developer who has successfully completed several projects, primarily in Ostrava and the Central Bohemian Region. The purpose of the new financing is the construction of a family house comprising three residential units in Ostrava; in practice, this involves the construction of three terraced houses. The collateral consists of a building plot with an area of 900 m², on which construction of the project has already commenced. As part of the project, three residential units (effectively houses) with a 4-bedroom layout with kitchenette and a floor area of 370 m² will be developed, each featuring a private terrace of 17 m². The loan will be drawn gradually in four tranches according to the progress of the construction. Currently, a tranche in the amount of CZK 6,000,000 is being drawn.
