The client has already been granted several loans in cooperation with RONDA INVEST, and has so far fulfilled all obligations duly and reliably. Throughout his development career, he has successfully completed a number of projects, focusing primarily on the Central Bohemian Region, where he reconstructs buildings with the aim of creating a small number of compact residential units. The client recently succeeded in a property auction in the city of Prostějov, where he plans to carry out a reconstruction and convert the buildings into such compact apartments. One of the buildings is a brick, terraced, basement structure with three above-ground floors and a gable roof. The building is connected to all utility networks. The second structure is a single-storey building that previously served as office and sanitary facilities. The entire premises are scheduled for complete renovation.
