Throughout his development career, he has successfully completed a number of projects, focusing primarily on the Central Bohemian Region, where he reconstructs buildings with the aim of creating a small number of compact residential units. The client recently succeeded in a property auction in the city of Prostějov, where he plans to carry out a reconstruction and convert the buildings into such compact apartments. One of the buildings is a brick, terraced, basement structure with three above-ground floors and a gable roof. The building is connected to all utility networks. The second structure is a single-storey building that previously served as office and sanitary facilities. The entire premises are scheduled for complete renovation.
