Get to know the project


The client has already been granted a third loan as part of the cooperation with RONDA INVEST. All obligations have been duly and reliably repaid to date. Over the course of their development career, the client has successfully completed several projects and is currently planning a new development in an attractive location in Prague. The current purpose of the loan is the acquisition of additional land plots (expanding the area for future development – in preparation for construction) and the construction of a detached family house with two above-ground floors. This new house will be built on adjacent plots that are already fully owned by the client. The loan will be disbursed gradually, in several tranches, in accordance with the construction phases. The collateral includes two land plot locations situated in close proximity in the outer part of Prague’s Jinonice district. On the first site, the client plans to build a representative villa with a total floor area of over 220 m² on a plot of 897 m² using loan proceeds. The second location will be gradually prepared for future residential development.

  • Basic description of the property: The property consists of a slightly sloping plot with a total area of 897 m², for which a valid building permit has been issued for the construction of a family house (villa). The planned structure will be a partially embedded building with two above-ground floors. The total usable floor area will be approximately 222 m². Construction work is expected to commence soon.
  • Lien in the 3rd order
  • Value of the property as of the date: CZK 22 180 000 as of July 8, 2025
  • Location and Surroundings: The plot is situated on the outskirts of Prague’s Jinonice district. The area offers excellent transport accessibility thanks to its proximity to the B metro line, a railway station, and several bus routes. In addition, the Prokopské Valley nature reserve is within walking distance.
  • Technical condition of the property: The technical infrastructure at the site is fully developed. Public utility networks—water supply, sewerage, and natural gas—are located in the adjacent roadway. Electricity has already been connected directly to the plot. A building permit has been issued for the construction of a single-family house.

  • Basic description of the property: The plot has a total area of 627 m² and is designated for the construction of a single-family house. It is located in an attractive area near the Prokop Valley (Prokopské údolí).

  • Value of the property as of the date: CZK 13 800 000 as of August 03, 2025
  • Location and Surroundings: The plot is situated on the outskirts of Prague’s Jinonice district. The area offers excellent transport accessibility thanks to its proximity to the B metro line, a railway station, and several bus routes. In addition, the Prokopské Valley nature reserve is within walking distance.
  • Technical condition of the property: No building permit has been issued for the plot yet; the permitting process is currently in the preparatory phase.
