Get to know the project

The client has already been granted a third loan as part of the cooperation with RONDA INVEST. All obligations have been duly and reliably repaid to date. Over the course of their development career, the client has successfully completed several projects and is currently planning a new development in an attractive location in Prague. The current purpose of the loan is the acquisition of additional land plots (expanding the area for future development – in preparation for construction) and the construction of a detached family house with two above-ground floors. This new house will be built on adjacent plots that are already fully owned by the client. The loan will be disbursed gradually, in several tranches, in accordance with the construction phases. The collateral includes two land plot locations situated in close proximity in the outer part of Prague’s Jinonice district. On the first site, the client plans to build a representative villa with a total floor area of over 220 m² on a plot of 897 m² using loan proceeds. The second location will be gradually prepared for future residential development.
