The client to whom we are providing the loan is highly knowledgeable in the real estate market and an experienced entrepreneur. This is the third loan RI has financed for him. All previous loans have been repaid without any issues, reflecting the reliability of our client and the quality of our valued partnership. The current loan is secured by a residential unit in Prague-Braník. The apartment building in which this unit is located has undergone gradual revitalization, including modernization of common areas and elevators. Additionally, the roof, facade (with insulation), and windows have been replaced. These investments not only increase the property’s value but also enhance its comfort and energy efficiency.
