The client has several projects in progress in this area and is using this loan to complete the construction of a highly superior semi-detached house, which will subsequently be divided into several residential units. Construction work is ongoing

The client is a successful developer with years of experience in building mainly detached houses and apartment units. Projects are built to a high standard, and the quality of the developer's projects is reflected in its long and successful cooperation with RONDA INVEST.

Income from the client's development activities, together with the client's own resources, will form the main sources of repayment of the loan. Repayment of the loan will be made by refinancing with a long-term bank loan after the completion of the construction, as the client plans to subsequently rent out the properties in question.
