The loan was granted to the client for the purpose of the complete reconstruction of a residential building in Kostelec nad Labem, which was purchased by the client in cooperation with RONDA INVEST (the client was granted a previous loan for this purpose). The total loan framework, which will be gradually drawn down in tranches as the reconstruction progresses, amounts to CZK 11 million. The reconstruction will result in modern housing in a historic house located on the central square in Kostelec nad Labem, which offers the tranquility of a smaller town with good accessibility to Prague. FAQ

How and when are the returns and original invested funds paid out?
Reading Time: < 1 minute

The returns are stated in percentage p.a., i.e. in the total annual percentage amount. However, you will receive a significant portion of the income from RONDA IVNEST into your account every month.

Along with registration with RONDA INVEST, an account with PAYMONT is automatically created for you, which will serve as your investor account linked to the platform. At the same time, we will credit you with income and return the invested amount to this account, and you can make financial transactions and transfers wherever you need from it and to it.

The original investment is always returned at the latest at the end of the loan maturity. The maturity of the loan is indicated in the description of each participation. In exceptional cases, it may happen that we return the investment to you a little earlier before the due date, when the credit client repays his debt early.
And in the case of, for example, developer loans, we return part of the principal already during the investment.

The calculator calculation is based on a model example of a one-time repayment loan investment (full principal repayment at the end of the loan term). Returns are paid to investors monthly, and the calculator does not consider reinvestment. The actual performance of the investment may differ from the model example. It represents gross yield, subject to taxation. At RONDA INVEST, there are no entry fees or regular fees.
