The purpose of the loan is to purchase an investment plot in Croatia, with the intention of subsequently constructing a family house. The primary collateral provided by the client is a villa with adjoining land in Heřmanův Městec, covering a total area of 3,750 m². Additional collateral consists of a guesthouse with a restaurant and bowling facilities. This property includes 28 apartments, a restaurant and four bowling lanes. The collateral package is completed by a family house comprising a 6+1 apartment on the ground floor and in the attic, with a restaurant located in the basement. A total of CZK 4,150,000 has currently been drawn down across both tranches.
