Throughout the client's development career, numerous successful projects have been completed, with a primary focus on the Central Bohemian Region. The client specializes in the renovation of existing buildings and their conversion into a limited number of compact residential units. Individual projects are developed progressively, with sales already underway in several completed developments. The loan financed the acquisition of a larger family house in Hořovice, a town where the client has previously completed several successful development projects. Consistent with the client's long-term strategy, the property is being redeveloped into several compact residential units. The loan will be disbursed progressively in several tranches, corresponding to the individual stages of the renovation works. Construction has already commenced, and the current level of completion is approximately 27.5%. The loan is secured by the acquired family house together with the client's additional portfolio of development projects. The current amount of the drawn credit limit is CZK 6,400,000
