Basic Property Description: The property consists of a portfolio of land plots with a total area of 18,735 m² designated for a residential development project. The first phase envisages the construction of four residential buildings, each comprising three residential units. Subject to the successful completion and market acceptance of this phase, a second phase is planned, involving the construction of an additional nine residential buildings, each also comprising three residential units, resulting in a total of 27 residential units.
The residential buildings are designed with an emphasis on state-of-the-art technologies and a high standard of living. Each building will provide three parking spaces, an energy-efficient heat pump for heating, and a heat recovery ventilation system with cooling capabilities. The development will also include shared amenities for residents, such as a sauna, a pond, and a children's playground.
The first land plot has a total area of 5,486 m² and is designated for the construction of four residential buildings comprising separate residential units. The second land plot has a total area of 13,249 m², including a community area, and is designated for the construction of nine residential buildings comprising separate residential units. Each land plot has been independently valued.
