This is already the client's third loan with Ronda Invest. The client is primarily engaged in construction activities, real estate development, and property-related services. The client is currently developing a residential project in Hodyně, located in the Central Bohemian Region. The project involves the construction of four residential buildings, each comprising three residential units. Upon completion, a subsequent phase of similar scale is planned on adjacent land plots, providing for the construction of an additional nine comparable residential buildings. Each residential unit will include a private garden ranging in size from approximately 130 m² to 250 m². The development will also feature shared amenities exclusively for residents, including a children's playground, a sauna, and a natural swimming pond (biotope). The land plots are already fully serviced with all necessary utility connections. The modern residential units are being designed with a focus on the latest technologies and a high standard of living. Each building will provide sufficient parking capacity, a heat pump for energy-efficient heating, and a heat recovery ventilation system with cooling capabilities. Rooftop photovoltaic systems with battery storage will be installed on all buildings. All technologies and building systems will be conveniently managed through a single integrated mobile application. The current amount utilised under the loan facility is CZK 11,500,000.
