His business activities have an international scope, as he is also involved in three German companies focused on consulting, advisory services, HR solutions, and professional driver training. The collateral consists of a building plot with a total area of 2,680 sq m, located in the picturesque village of Dobřejovice, directly adjacent to the Prague Ring Road. The location offers a unique combination of a peaceful natural setting and excellent accessibility to Prague. The purpose of the loan is not to finance construction.
