This is a repeat transaction with a client who is an experienced developer operating primarily in the Ostrava region. Ronda Invest has previously provided successful financing for the client’s residential development project in Ostrava, which has since been completely sold out. The purpose of the proposed loan is to provide working capital financing for the continued development of the client’s projects. The client is currently implementing several smaller development projects, including the construction of three family houses in Ostrava, while also preparing a larger residential development project in the same area. As collateral for the loan, the client has pledged commercial premises (office space) located in Vysoký Újezd in the Central Bohemian Region. The majority of these premises are currently leased. Additional collateral has been provided in the form of a family house from the development project in Ostrava, which the client is currently in the process of selling.
