his is a repeat transaction with a client who is an experienced real estate developer operating primarily in the Ostrava region. Ronda Invest has previously successfully financed a residential development project for this client in Ostrava, which has since been fully sold out. The purpose of the loan is to provide working capital financing for the further development of the client’s projects. The client is currently undertaking several smaller development projects, including the construction of three family houses in Ostrava, while simultaneously preparing a larger residential development project, also located in Ostrava. As collateral for the loan, the client has pledged commercial premises (office space) located in Vysoký Újezd, Central Bohemian Region. The majority of these premises are currently leased. As additional collateral, the client has provided a family house from a residential development project in Ostrava that is currently in the final sales phase.
