The project is being financed for an experienced developer with whom RONDA INVEST has already successfully completed two similar development projects. The developer is carrying out the project on the outskirts of Tábor, where they have operated for a long time and possess an excellent knowledge of the local market. The project consists of the construction of a garage complex (already completed) and two smaller residential apartment buildings. The purpose of the loan was to refinance existing financing provided by another entity, which had originally been used to acquire the subject land plots. The collateral consists of a portfolio of land plots designated for the construction of two smaller residential apartment buildings. Construction has already commenced, with the initial preparatory works having been completed.
