The client is an experienced developer specializing in the renovation of apartment buildings in smaller towns such as Hořovice, Příbram, and Prostějov. His goal is to offer modern and affordable housing with an emphasis on technological innovation and high user comfort. The client focuses on smaller residential units with efficient use of space. The collateral consists of a partially completed apartment building located in the wider center of Roudnice nad Labem. Upon completion, it will offer 14 small-scale residential units with layouts ranging from studio (1+kk) to one-bedroom (2+kk). The client’s original plan was to build an additional 8 units in the rear section of the plot; however, this plan has been abandoned. Instead, to increase the comfort of future owners, 8 garages and 8 additional parking spaces will be constructed. Currently, the front section of the building is being finalized, with work progressing smoothly and at an advanced stage of completion. From the credit facility has been drawn CZK 23,000,000.
