Get to know the project


This is the client’s first loan with Ronda Invest. The client’s group has long been engaged in construction and property development, primarily in Prague, focusing mainly on more attractive (luxury) locations. Among other projects, the group completed the construction of a residential building in which the collateral property is located; this unit was retained after the successful sale of the remaining apartments. The group is currently working on another project in the Central Bohemian Region. The collateral consists of a large four-room apartment in Prague, within walking distance of the Anděl metro station and close to the Vltava. The apartment has a total floor area of 195 m² and is situated on the 5th floor of a modern building completed in 2014.
