The client is a developer operating in the Central Bohemian region, where they carry out and subsequently lease smaller residential projects. They have many years of experience in the construction and real estate sectors, specializing primarily in renovations and the creation of rental housing in smaller apartment buildings. In implementing their projects, they use modern technologies—most electronic systems can be controlled remotely. The next, already fourth (and final within this loan) tranche of financing will be used to complete the renovation/reconstruction of the acquired collateral property. Work is progressing smoothly, with activities currently focused mainly on interior spaces. The main collateral for the loan is an apartment building in which a total of 12 residential units will be created. Additional collateral consists of an apartment unit located in Hořovice (Central Bohemian Region). The building has a basement and two above-ground floors.
