This is already the client’s fifth loan, reflecting a long-term cooperation with RONDA INVEST. The client operates in the Central Bohemian Region, focusing on the renovation of older properties acquired under more favorable conditions. They specialize in providing rental housing and commercial spaces, while also actively carrying out construction modifications and renovations. Their goal is to deliver high-quality and affordable housing as well as business facilities for a wide range of clients. Currently, the client is developing several projects in the Central Bohemian Region, including in Hořovice, Roudnice nad Labem, and Příbram. The loan was used to refinance liabilities related to the acquisition of the property and to initiate the reconstruction of a building located in the historic center of Vysoké Mýto. As the work progressed, the entire loan facility was fully drawn, with the allocated funds being used to complete the overall reconstruction of the building. The objective is to create a total of 12 small residential units. The building includes three basement rooms, two above-ground floors, and an attic space. It is covered by a gable roof with a dormer. Currently, the building has a living area of 286 m², which will be expanded to a total of 421 m² upon completion of the reconstruction. The land plot covers an area of 396 m².
