Get to know the project


This is the client’s third loan with RI; the first two loans are being repaid properly and on time. The client focuses on real estate and residential development and has development experience both in the Czech Republic and abroad, where they currently own several properties. The collateral consists of land located in the Lipence district of Prague with a total area of 2,214 m². The plots are designated for the construction of three villa houses with a planned layout of 6+kk and a shared underground garage for all three houses. The area is considered a developing location.
