These include, for example, a small office units project that is presently in the process of obtaining a building permit and is already 50% pre-sold. In addition, he is preparing the development of a mountain recreational resort, which is currently in the pre-construction phase. The purpose of the loan is to finance the acquisition of a property – a residential apartment building located in the city centre of Olomouc.
