Yield
The return represents the amount of money you get for the capital invested. It indicates the difference between the final value of the investment and the capital employed.
p.a. means per annum, i.e. yield calculated on an annual basis.

Maturity
The maturity date indicates the binding date by which the loan will be repaid and when your investment ends.
After this date, we will send the original invested amount to your account along with the last return.

• Basic description of the property: The collateral consists of plots of land located in Nitra, prepared for the construction of three residential buildings, one terraced house, and one garage building. The plots are part of a planned residential complex and have the corresponding urban planning documentation allowing the project to be implemented. Construction of 2 residential buildings has been initiated – pilings and foundation slabs have been completed.
• Property value as of the date: CZK 112,984,500.00, based on the valuation dated 11.08.2023, taking into account the completed construction progress and the expansion of the collateral (converted using the CNB exchange rate as of 20.02.2026).
• Second-priority lien: (first-priority liens are in favor of Ronda Invest a.s.)
• Location and surroundings: Nitra offers comprehensive civic amenities, including schools, healthcare facilities, shopping centers, and cultural institutions, making it an attractive place for both living and working. The city also benefits from good transport accessibility due to connections to the highway network and an efficiently operating public transport system.
• Technical condition of the property: The plots have valid building permits, and construction of 2 residential buildings has commenced. Currently, the construction progress is approximately 14% – earthworks, pilings, and foundation slabs have been completed.
