This is the client’s sixth loan with RONDA INVEST. All previous loans have been duly and timely repaid. The client is an experienced real estate investor active in both the residential and commercial sectors, with a primary focus on Prague. At the same time, he is the founder of a company focused on the digitalization and automation of property management. He has more than 20 years of experience in real estate investing. The subject of the loan is a villa located in Prague–Libeň with a total usable area of 537 m². The property consists of 12 small residential units, 5 non-residential units, and 3 garages. The client plans to renovate the property and subsequently lease it on a long-term basis.¨It is possible that the full loan facility will not be fully drawn. In such a case, RONDA INVEST a.s. will waive part of the collateral (selected units in the subject villa), provided that the LTV does not increase above 70%.
