This is a repeat cooperation with a client who has successfully completed a number of development projects. The client has long been engaged in the construction of family houses and terraced houses, focusing primarily on projects in attractive locations within the Central Bohemian Region. The collateral consists of a plot of land with a partially constructed family house in the municipality of Kamenice, cadastral area Ládví. It is a slightly sloping plot with an area of 676 m², on which the construction of a detached, non-basement family house with two above-ground floors and a 5+kk layout (five rooms with a kitchenette) is underway. Construction is continuing smoothly; the structural shell has been completed and work is now focused mainly on the interior of the house. The final surfaces of the access roads and the utility connections have also been completed.
