• Basic description of the property: The building is of masonry construction, fully basemented, with two above-ground floors and a previously unused attic space. Following the completed reconstruction, the apartment building will comprise 9 residential units (8× 2+kk* and 1× 3+kk*). The reconstruction preserves the original footprint of the building; a historically styled façade and new entrance doors will be installed.

• Mortgage lien: Second-ranking lien (senior liens are held in favor of Ronda Invest a.s.)
• Location and surroundings: The property is located in the historic city center, which has been designated an urban conservation area since 2003. The town offers comprehensive civic amenities; the town hall, school, shops, restaurants, and other services are located in the immediate vicinity of the building. Public transport accessibility is ensured by suburban bus lines and railway connections.
• Technical condition of the property: An extensive reconstruction is currently underway. Works completed to date include: definition of new residential units, new internal partition walls, new heating distribution systems and a central gas boiler room in the basement, new electrical, water supply, and sewage systems, thermal insulation of the roof structure and installation of suspended ceilings, creation of mezzanine levels in attic apartments, largely completed interior plastering and wall finishes, and installation of new windows.
