Following the completed reconstruction, the apartment building will comprise 9 residential units (8× 2+kk* and 1× 3+kk*). The reconstruction preserves the original footprint of the building; a historically styled façade and new entrance doors will be installed.

• Technical condition of the property: An extensive reconstruction is currently underway.
