Get to know the project


In the past, the client was granted several loans to finance land plots in Pitkovice and residential units in Rybná intended for short-term rentals. These loans were duly repaid. Currently, Ronda Invest is financing the client’s project involving the construction of two smaller apartment buildings in Tábor, for which preparatory works have already commenced. The funds provided under this loan are fully allocated to the realization of the project, as the client aimed to take advantage of already contracted discounts before the end of the year.
