His goal is to provide modern and affordable housing, with an emphasis on technological innovation and high user comfort. The client specialises in compact residential units with efficient use of space. The loan collateral is a residential building under construction located in the wider centre of Roudnice nad Labem. Upon completion, the project will offer 22 residential units with layouts ranging from 1+kk to 3+kk. The development will also include parking spaces and cellar storage areas. Construction works are currently focused on finishing the front section of the building, and progress is smooth and continuous. Most of the ongoing work involves interior construction, and completion is expected in the second quarter of 2026.
