This is the client’s second loan — the first loan was repaid without any issues and ahead of schedule. The client operates across a broad range of activities, from purchasing undervalued properties to renovating and subsequently selling them. The client now intends to use the loan for the construction of a residential building comprising three large-sized apartments, which will be built on a plot in Prague 6 with an area exceeding 750 m². The building will have one underground floor and three above-ground floors. The apartments will be delivered in shell and core condition, allowing future owners to customise the interiors according to their preferences. The loan will be drawn gradually in tranches, corresponding to the progress of construction works. An additional part of the loan collateral is a building in Chrudim, currently used as a school. It is a three-storey, free-standing property.
