This is the client’s second loan in cooperation with Ronda Invest. The client is carrying out several projects — the construction of family houses in Předboj, preparing a project in Trnová, and has recently expanded his portfolio with the acquisition of a partially built large villa in Pyšely. In general, the client focuses on the more luxurious segment of the real estate market. The main collateral is a spacious villa in Pyšely, which is currently under construction and will be completed using the provided financing, drawn in tranches. The land on which the collateral is located has an area of 1,461 m², providing ample space. Pyšely is situated within an attractive commuting distance to Prague. The collateral also includes plots of land in Trnová (Central Bohemian Region), designated for commercial and residential development, as well as land in Předboj intended for the next phase of a project carried out by the client’s group.
