Get to know the project

This is the second loan provided to a long-term client, who is repaying his first loan duly and on time. The client is engaged in sculpture and restoration, as well as in the rental and revitalisation of real estate, primarily in Heřmanův Městec. The loan is intended to complete an ongoing apartment renovation project. As collateral, the client has provided a residential building located in Heřmanův Městec.
