Yield

LTV indicates the ratio of the property’s value to the loan’s value. The lower the LTV, the higher the collateral.

This is the client’s third loan, provided for the acquisition of land intended for the construction of residential buildings in Pardubice and Týniště nad Orlicí. The client has been active in the real estate sector for 10 years, owns several properties, and has successfully completed and sold numerous large-scale residential development projects during his career. The loan collateral consists of two plots of land — one located in Pardubice and the other in Týniště nad Orlicí. The Pardubice plots are irregular in shape and flat, with access to an asphalt road and public lighting, covering an area of approximately 3,600 m².
The plots in Týniště nad Orlicí are similar in character, being flat and irregularly shaped, with a total area of 6,534 m². Both properties are currently in the process of obtaining building permits.
