This is the client’s fourth loan in cooperation with Ronda Invest. The client is engaged in a wide range of business activities, including a travel agency and a restaurant located in the centre of Prague, and is currently planning to further develop the production of soy-based products. The loan collateral consists of land plots with a total area of approximately 2,160 m², located in the Hlubočepy district of Prague. The main building plot is situated within an established residential area and is designated for the construction of a family house with a spacious garden. It is a flat, unfenced plot with connections to electricity, water supply, and sewage systems. The second part of the property, located in a non-developable area, will serve as a garden belonging to the planned family house.
