Throughout his development career, he has successfully completed a number of projects, focusing primarily on the Central Bohemian Region, where he specializes in the renovation of existing properties into smaller residential units. He has recently acquired a larger family house in Hořovice, a town where he has already completed several successful projects. In line with his long-term strategy, the property will be redeveloped into several compact residential units. The loan will be drawn gradually, in several tranches, corresponding to the individual phases of the reconstruction. The loan collateral consists of the acquired family house and the client’s additional project portfolio.)
