The client is a developer operating primarily in the Karlovy Vary Region. He is engaged in property acquisitions and sales, as well as the execution of smaller revitalization projects. The purpose of the loan is to finance a project in Kynšperk, where the client acquired a small apartment building dating back to 1910. The property is currently undergoing renovation, which is now in its final phase. The collateral consists of four apartment units, each with an average size of 55–60 m². The client’s intention is to sell the units that are currently pledged as collateral in the near future. The collateral will subsequently be replaced with residential and commercial units in Karlovy Vary, where the client is currently working on the declaration of ownership for a building he co-owns. Once the declaration is finalized, the current collateral can be adequately substituted. It will be ensured that the value of the collateral does not fall below the current level.
