This is the third loan provided to the client, who has been active in property development in Slovakia for a long time. The client specializes primarily in the construction of residential and apartment buildings, as well as in land development. Currently, the client is implementing several projects, including in the cities of Nitra, Hviezdoslavov, and Dunajská Streda. The funds from this loan will primarily be used for the construction of an apartment building with 48 residential units as part of a comprehensive urban development. A portion of the loan will be used to acquire land for the expansion of parking capacity. Construction of two apartment buildings has already commenced on the mortgaged property. The loan will be drawn gradually in accordance with the progress of construction.
