Get to know the project

This is already the fifth loan provided to the client, who has been cooperating with RONDA INVEST for a long time. The client operates in the Central Bohemian Region, where they focus on the renovation of older properties acquired under advantageous conditions. They specialize in providing rental housing, commercial spaces, and are actively involved in construction modifications and reconstructions. Their goal is to provide quality and affordable housing or business facilities for a wide range of clients.

Currently, the client is implementing several projects in the Central Bohemian Region, including in Hořovice, Roudnice nad Labem, and Příbram. The new loan will be used to refinance existing liabilities, which were used to acquire and initiate the renovation of a property in the historical center of Vysoké Mýto. Further tranches will also be used to finance the completion of this renovation. The objective is to build a total of 12 small-sized residential units.

The family house includes three basement rooms, two above-ground floors, and an attic area. The building has a gable roof with a dormer. Currently, the house offers a living area of 286 m², which will be expanded to a total of 421 m² upon completion of the renovation. The land plot has an area of 396 m².

The client has already initiated interior reconstruction works, with the objective of creating a total of 12 small-sized residential units.

  • Property value as of September 12, 2025: CZK 15,500,000.
  • Location and surroundings: Vysoke Myto is an attractive location due to its position on the main route between Hradec Králové and Pardubice, offering excellent transport accessibility and full civic amenities.
  • Technical condition of the property: All utility networks — electricity, water, sewage, and gas — are available at the site.
