This is the eighth loan of the client who has been cooperating with Ronda Invest since 2018. The current loan is intended for financing the purchase of a villa in Strašnice. The client runs a joint real estate and law firm and has a number of successfully completed projects. The main collateral consists of a villa in Strašnice - a family house with three residential units and a studio, supplemented by a double garage and other accessories. Further security is provided by a villa in Vinohrady and land in Jesenice and Štěrboholy, which complements the loan security.

- Property description: The land plots are designated for the construction of six family houses and two triplex buildings, i.e., a total of 12 residential units. The location adjoins the existing residential development within the municipality. The area also includes a plot intended for the construction of a commercial building. The total land area amounts to 13,601 m².

- Location and surroundings: The municipality of Kly is located on the outskirts of Mělník, with a travel time of up to 15 minutes. The village offers basic amenities, while the full range of services is available in Mělník

Villa – Strašnice (old collateral)

- Property description: The villa includes three separate residential units and a studio, the building also includes a double garage and all accessories.
